Each year, we support almost 5,000 people with life-limiting illnesses and their families across parts of North, West and Central London. Our services include community care, Hospice@Home, day services, inpatient care, social and welfare support, therapies and bereavement support.

Our Hospice@Home service provides expert, compassionate care in the comfort of your own home, supporting you and your loved ones where you feel most at ease.
At our Inpatient Unit in St John’s Wood we provide specialist 24-hour care including end-of-life care, symptom control, respite and palliative care rehabilitation. Find out more about our inpatient services and how we can support you.
Our Wellbeing Centre encompasses our belief that hospice care is long-term and holistic – our focus is not only on your physical care but on supporting you and those close to you, to maintain your quality of life, mental health and wellbeing. Find out more about the day services we provide.
Our social workers are here to listen, understand your concerns and provide you and the people close to you with emotional support and practical advice. From supporting you with benefits, housing, or financial matters, to providing advice on will writing and lasting power of attorney.
