Each year we are able to provide quality, holistic care to more than 4,000 patients and their families because of the support of amazing people like you. This is our promise to you.

Each year we are able to provide quality, holistic care to more than 4,000 patients and their families across North London because of the support of amazing people like you.

Whether you have donated, fundraised on our behalf, bought items in our shop, volunteered or left us a gift in your will, we are enormously grateful for your support. We want to make sure you always feel respected and valued. So this is our promise to you:

1. We promise to be open and transparent

We pride ourselves on building and maintaining relationships with our supporters which are based on trust and transparency.

We will use your donation carefully and responsibly and will keep you updated on the ways your money is being spent and the impact it is having.

2. We promise to maintain the highest standards in our fundraising

We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator and adhere to their Code of Fundraising Practice.

We will do all we can to ensure all fundraisers, volunteers and any third parties who work with us to raise funds do so as well.

3. We promise to protect your privacy and data

We will always treat your information in a safe, secure, sensitive and confidential way. We will never share or sell it to any third parties.

When you donate online, you will be redirected through a secure payment gateway. We will never store or even see your financial information such as your card or bank details. When you donate by phone or via one of our donation forms, your financial information will be securely destroyed as soon as the transaction has been processed.

If you decide you do not want to hear from us, we will always respect your decision and will remove you from our lists as requested. If you no longer want to hear from us by email, you will always be able to find an 'unsubscribe' button on our emails. 4. We promise to respect you and your decisions

We will never put pressure on you to make a donation and if you don’t want to make a gift or want to stop your regular donation then we will respect your decision.
