We're proud to provide our quality, holistic care entirely free of charge. If you’ve received our support and have private health insurance, you may be able to request a donation from your insurance provider and help us in providing care to others.

Do you have private health insurance?

We're proud to provide our quality, holistic care entirely free of charge. However, we need to raise over £7 million each year to do this, meaning we rely heavily on the generosity of our community. If you or a loved one has received support from St John’s and has private health insurance, you may be able to request a donation from your insurance provider. It won’t cost you anything and your gift will help us in providing care to others.

You or your next of kin can liaise with your insurance provider directly and get in touch with fundraising@hje.org.uk or call us on 0207 806 4011 if you need further details.

Alternatively, we can submit a claim on your behalf. Let us know if you would like for us to do this by completing our online form.
