We work in partnership with the local health services, from Hammersmith in the west, to the City in the east, from the Thames in the south towards beyond Hampstead.Specialist staff at St John's Hospice deliver extraordinary care and expertise in the field of palliative medicine. We do so free of charge to patients who may be facing a variety of life-threatening illnesses, including cancer, motor neurone disease, renal failure, respiratory disease, HIV and MS.
We provide a wide range of services including an Inpatient Unit, Day Care service, Community Specialist Nurse service, Hospice@Home, Lymphoedema service, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work and Bereavement services. You can find more information about the Hospice by clicking here.
