Cirque du St John’s, hosted at the world famous Café De Paris, raised a record breaking £200,000.
Over 260 of our generous supporters attended along with many celebrities in the audience. Guests enjoyed a champagne reception whilst viewing the fantastic auction prizes.
A delicious three-course dinner was served, while guests were wowed by amazing live performances from Lucy & Trip Hazard from Britain’s Got Talent, a spectacular aerial duo, a fire-eater and many more.
St John’s Hospice nurses attended as special guests and were overwhelmed with the generosity of supporters. In the live auction the audience bid on amazing prizes including a stunning vintage Rolex watch, a box at Arsenal Football Club with Ian Wright MBE and the chance to pay for a day of care on Christmas Day at the Hospice. The final prize generated a staggering £100,000 the highest amount ever bid at Cirque Du St John’s.
We must say a huge thank you to our sponsors Lord’s, J D Classics, Dorchester Collection, Hyatt Regency Hotel, Mara Hotung Jewels and Alexander Green Associates. CEO Caroline Fox said “The support from our supporters is incredible and allows us to deliver such vital care to patients and their families in a time of need. Thank you to all that attended”.
